Congregational Meeting Update

Thank you to all who stayed after our worship service this past Sunday for our meeting. A special thank you to Shannon Walker for stepping in to lead us- great job, thanks Shannon!

The main item of business as discussing whether or not to install new carpeting in our sanctuary. As those who were present voted, it was decided to proceed with exploring this. The Trustees presented that they had received four bids so far, and it was approved that we would appropriate up to $7,200 to purchase and install new carpet.

The main stipulation of this is that if 75% of the $7,200 is not raised, we will revisit the purchase.

If you would like to contribute to new carpet, please earmark any donation “Carpet Fund” and it will be added to the total.
